seeMotion is currently seeking a Controls Engineer/Technician experienced in designing, documenting and commissioning electrical control systems. The position requires the candidate to support the various stages of production from concept to commissioning. The successful candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to work in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

Design electrical controls for conveyor systems
Develop bill of materials lists and manage the procurement of components
Program and troubleshoot PLC’s, HMI’s, VFD’s and Safety Monitors
Generate CAD based schematics, installation drawings and packets
Field installation commissioning and troubleshooting
Train operators of the installed systems
Customer service support of existing systems
Light mechanical work
