He was a true role model and his character, values and overall mentorship have had a huge and positive impact on how we run our business today." Robert began his career in the material handling industry during college when he learned to install conveyor systems for his father, Michael G. Shenigo, CEO of ACS in Lynchburg, VA. in 1990, he joined ACS full time as a sales representative, eventually becoming VP of Sales. Robert understands how to build and maintain a conveyor system based on his client's unique needs. He appreciates the importance of listening to his customers to make sure that he is a valued partner.
